Spotless and brand-new units with a balcony, and the staff were welcoming. The location was good and perfect, for example, Art of Richard Macdonald was relatively close to the hotel. Moreover, the area was very friendly.

Fairly clean hotel with nice staff and favourable location close enough to beach and all the local restaurants and nightlife, southern Pattaya, and nightlife. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the brand-new and spacious room. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Great experience there.
